What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard.
• Paynow: Direct payment to our company UEN 198502696R, Chin Hon Motor & Trading Pte Ltd. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference.
• Cash: Cash payment if you opt for self-pickup.

Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.

SHIPPING

Local Orders

Free delivery for purchases of SGD 200 and above. Delivery fee of SGD 10 for purchases below SGD 200. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
Self-pickup from our retail shop is available as well.

International Orders

We offer international shipping via DHL. Shipping fees depends on weight and dimension of items. Please allow 7 – 14 working days for delivery.

Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.

Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original sticker and packing still intact.

Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned online.

Note: All returns are final.

We have the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.
